  • Due to the intimate nature of our property, cancellations impact us significantly. Cancellation and deposit policies vary by season:
    • Winter reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to two night’s room and tax at the time of reservation. Deposit is refundable within 48 hours of reservation being made. Full pre-payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
    • Special deposit and cancellation policies apply to holidays and the Sundance Film Festival.
    • Summer reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax at the time of reservation. Deposit is refundable within 48 hours of reservation being made. Full pre-payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
  • Main & SKY accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
  • Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
